We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

Precious little boy "Cutie" came to us as a stray who has been dewormed and vaccinated. He is about 8 weeks old, and loves to be held! We socialize them, but also keep them healthy, safe and quarantined to the best of our ability at the pound. Out-of-the-area adopters will be disappointed to learn that puppy adoptions directly from the county facility are limited to citizens from counties touching Campbell County, Campbell County itself, or the City of Lynchburg. Other folks may adopt, but must go through Friends of Campbell County Animal Control.
