“Petite and sweet” is Black Velvet! Velvet is a young adult, and is going to stay petite! She has been tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, is spayed, and hangs out with many other cats in her foster home. She adapts easily, although it might take her a few days to welcome anyone new into her about. She is a cat who loves being stroked and admired, and prefers that to being held.  She must think she is part panther, and she loves perching up in high places so she can see everything going on around her. Her foster mom thinks she’s pretty special!
