About Timbre Nika

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: Black
Nika is new to the CCAC facility and is this gorgeous female Siberian husky with sparkling blue eyes. NIKA sits, shakes, and does a lovely Siberian howl! You can hear her from quite a ways away! About two years old, and happy to be with humans, but also fine with dogs! She walks beautifully on a leash and is very affectionate. UPDATE 10/25: She is two years old, and apparently was abandoned when her human could no longer care for her. That human was not identified, so we can't verify any vet care for her. TIMBRE NIKA most definitely needs a spay, and most definitely is fine with the cat with whom we tested her. She is into humans and hates being confined. A fenced yard is a must! And check out the new job she has been given at the CCAC facility: pack dog! She is enjoying learning to have a job carrying a weighted pack! It is good exercise for her and gives her an opportunity to earn praise and rewards, while at the same time teaching her to focus on her new career. Our dogs are so talented!
