About UsWho We AreFriends of Campbell County Animal Control was established in 2012 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, partnering with Campbell County Animal Control. FOAC is all volunteer. No one receives a salary. We are fortunate that we are a welcome partnership with Campbell County Animal Control and do not have a facility to maintain nor salaries to pay. All donations go to the animals. Our MissionThe mission of the Friends of Campbell County Animal Control (FOAC) is to provide support for the animals at the Campbell County Shelter, and end euthanasia of adoptable pets at the shelter. Our goal is to develop a community where all adoptable animals receive the compassion and care needed to find quality forever homes; we are working toward this through fostering, adoptions, preventive health care, citizen awareness, and general support for the animals of Campbell County.
