Chunky-monkey RAQUEL is ready to adopt. She has surpassed her stray hold, and is wishing someone would come and bail her out of the shelter. She is spayed, is current with rabies vaccine, and is even microchipped. Her person knows she is at the shelter, but has chosen not to come and get her, so.... she is now Campbell County's baby, and Campbell County loves her! Short and stocky like a bulldog mix, with personality and exuberance. She is excited about playing with other dogs, and plays like other bullies--with lots of body-slamming. Although she enjoys children, she would most likely knock them to the ground if they are young.
