Corgi / Rat Terrier / Mixed (long coat) : : Female : : Young : : Small Learn more about the Rat Terrier.
Casey is one year old and weighs a whopping eight pounds--she weighs less than a chihuahua, but has the stance and appearance of a Welsh Pembroke corgi. we are told she is a Rex Terrier. She is alert and responds to every sound she hears. She loves being in a home where she can explore, jump on the furniture, and hang out. She is not so happy in a crate and finds confinement stressful but since she seems to be totally housetrained, that is not so much of an issue. She is also fine with other dogs, or at least the ones with which I have tried her. She is not a big eater, and seems to like the dry kibble she is being fed right now.. She is boarding at a local kennel until we find her just the right home! She is spayed, up to date with vaccines and heartworm preventive, and is microchipped, too.
