Hit by a car and left in the ditch to die . .. Campbell was rescued by a kind Samaritan who provided transportation to the vet office and agreed to foster. Campbell is one year old, and great with other dogs! If he is yours, please call the animal control facility at 434.821-4416. This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility.
