About Raven

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: Black
Raven is a senior who came in as a stray, after being spotted on the roadside by some passersby on Lewis Ford Road.. She is emaciated and dehydrated, but is slowly making her way back to life. On the body condition scale of 1 to 10, Raven rates a 1.5. She is starving for not only food, but for attention. It is obvious she was well-cared for at some point in her life, as she knows all about seeking out attention and care. She would prefer being petted and spoiled to eating the food that will keep her alive! We are certain her cataracts (both eyes) kept her from making her way back home, wherever that might be. She has no collar and no ID. If you recognize her, please let us know! For information on adopting this animal who is in care at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility, please call there: 434.821-4416. Hours are from 12 to 5 on weekdays and 11 to 4 on Saturday.
