Australian Shepherd / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Adult : : Medium Learn more about the Australian Shepherd.
Meet Calypso! Her mother was a pitbull and her father a mini Aussie. She is now 14 months old and thinks she is a lap dog--she loves to cuddle! She is very sensitive to sounds outside the house and ended up annoying the neighbors with her reactivity when she lived in an apartment. Calypso would do best in a single dog home where she can get all your attention since she is so affectionate and will want to stay by your side. She did not care, at times, for the smaller female dog in the family but seems fine with male dogs with whom she has been tested. This pretty girl can't understand why she is needing a new home. She has nothing but love to give so please consider giving her a chance.
