HARPER is a beautiful boy found as a stray more than one week ago. He is a middle aged man waiting for someone to come looking for him and return him to his home. Barring that happening, he'd really like a home. We can see him hanging out on a family farm, with no walls to confine him, but he will most certainly need a neuter to help him settle in quickly. He weighs about 70 pounds. He is a favorite of several of our volunteers, and they immediately gravitate to his kennel run for walking times. He would prefer a home without cats but is fine with other dogs. Come see him soon, please! UPDATE: Harper has left the building! He is now in foster care but still needs a forever home. Please contact us for a meet and greet with this loveable guy. This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility.
