This is Raina, a Nebelung! Isn't she pretty? Oh and did I mention she ADORES people? While I was trying to get a photo of Miss Raina she leaped out of the cage to my shoulder to say she wanted affection. The policy for adoption requires that you live in Lynchburg City, Campbell County, or a county touching Campbell County, if the cat has not yet been sterilized. If you live outside this area, the cat must be spayed or neutered before you can take it home. Kittens who are too young to be sterilized may be adopted out through a local rescue, Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
