About Valkyrie

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: Tortoiseshell
  • Housetrained: Yes
Valkyrie is a four month old tortoiseshell beauty and the perfect age to adopt! She and her brother were adopted in May and then brought back to the pound. But not because of anything they did, the children played "to rough" with them or so we are told. She is actually very good with kids and other cats. Check out our FOAC CATS Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/FOACCATS To adopt this cat, please contact the Campbell County Animal Control Facility at 434-821-4416, or email us at info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org. The policy for adoption requires that you live in Lynchburg City, Campbell County, or a county touching Campbell County, if the cat has not yet been sterilized. If you live outside this area, the cat must be spayed or neutered before you can take it home. Kittens who are too young to be sterilized may be adopted out through a local rescue, Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org.

Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
