If you have no felines at your residence, then this adorable Jack Russell Terrier may be perfect for you! Great with kids! Oscar is just about perfect! He is housetrained, and strange as it may sound, we've never heard him bark! He is youngish and was signed over because of his "issues" with cats. Update on Oscar: OSCAR was in danger this evening, but he just met a fabulous new foster mom whose pack of Boston terrier and pugs welcomed him in to the home, while he waits for a new furever placement. OSCAR took along a tennis ball, with which he is infatuated, and I have a feeling he will be spending a lot of time enjoying the fenced yard at his new place. This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review.
