Bai Huan is a sad-looking boy who was found and brought in to our animal control facility. He is a Shih Tzu mix who deserves to be tangle-free as soon as possible, as he can barely see or potty with the mats and tangles! We have permission to have him shaved down because of his severe mats, and are seeking a donated groom. UPDATE 10/25/13: Bai Huan, who came in looking like a mop, had a makeover! A wonderful groomer came through and volunteered her services to make this 10 year old guy feel and look so much better and now you can tell he is a dog! BAI appears to be housetrained and is fine with other dogs! He is pretty peppy now that he can see again! UPDATE 11/1/13: Bai Huan went to the vet today! He is heartworm negative, with a slight positive for ehrlichia, a tick disease. He is deaf, and has limited vision in one eye, as we already knew, and was given ointment for an eye infection. He is great with kids and other dogs. This little fella just needs some groceries and then a neuter and he can be yours!
