New STRAY to the CCAC facility is Rock Star. Since his collar is sporting both a county license and a rabies tag from Seven Hills Veterinary Hospital, we hope we can get him back home soon. He enjoyed spending time with our volunteers for his photo op except he complained about the girly scarf we put on him. But, he is a Rock Star and used to being dressed by a stylist. If not reclaimed, he will be available for adoption soon. Dogs and puppies who are not spayed/neutered may be adopted directly to residents of Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or counties touching Campbell County. If you live outside this area, arrangements will need to be made through FOAC to spay/neuter the pet prior to placement in a new home. Puppies may be too young for the required spay/neuter; special arrangements may sometimes be made for adoptions outside the area in these cases.
