Hound / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat) : : Male : : Baby : : Medium
2/2104 transferred to rescue.
Puppy love continues! Precious PERRY (left) and POLLY (right) came to us as strays running down highway 29, not far from the intersection with 24, and are happy to be safe in our care. They appear to be about 14 weeks old, and love getting lots of attention! Best guess as to breed mix is hound/pibble.
Dogs and puppies who are not spayed/neutered may be adopted directly to residents of Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or counties touching Campbell County. If you live outside this area, arrangements will need to be made through FOAC to spay/neuter the pet prior to placement in a new home. Puppies may be too young for the required spay/neuter; special arrangements may sometimes be made for adoptions outside the area in these cases.
These dogs are in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review. You can find this on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
Specific questions are most easily answered by email, info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org, or by TEXTING one of our volunteers at her personal cell phone, 434.851-2598.
Please "like" us on FaceBook to see more of the available pets in care with our organization. Go to Friends of Campbell County Animal Control on Facebook.
Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
