We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

LADY JANE, came to us as an active stray wearing a brand new pink collar. She must have been some little girl's special new kitten, but no one ever came looking for her. She is nine weeks old and loves to be cuddled. If looking for a personable young cat, active and adventurous, Lady Jane is the one for you! The policy for adoption requires that you live in Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or a county touching Campbell County, if the cat has not yet been sterilized. If you are a resident of one of these areas, you may adopt directly from the facility and spay/neuter the pet yourself within 30 days, or by the time the pet is six months of age. This cat is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review.
