Meet Wander. This pretty girl is a 5 month old, very petite, shorthaired blue tortoiseshell girl that tilts her head in the cutest fashion to let you know she understands what you are saying. She has an eye issue which we are addressing. She would love to get out of the shelter and in to her very own home! She is in a temporary foster home. To adopt this cat, email us at info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Applications are required to adopt. Go to www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org The policy for adoption requires that you live in Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or a county touching Campbell County, if the cat has not yet been sterilized. If you are a resident of one of these areas, you may adopt directly from the facility and spay/neuter the pet yourself within 30 days, or by the time the pet is six months of age. If you live outside this area, the cat must be spayed or neutered before you can take it home. Kittens too young for spay/neuter may be adopted through Friends of Campbell County Animal Control. We will be happy to help you make arrangements to do this.
