Blue is handsome, regal, and very well rounded. He can be an indoor/outdoor cat, or strictly indoor--either would be fine with him. he is neutered and current with his rabies vaccine. He loves greeting everyone who comes in the shelter. This cat is at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility.
