Tally is one of the shyest little boys we have met recently. He lacks confidence, and we have no idea what his background was, that would have led him to sitting in the middle of the road begging for help. Perhaps he was left there, and was too frightened to move! He is enjoying time in a foster home, and is responding well to the attention he is given there. What a sweet little boy he is!
