This amazing boy was brought back to us after he had been adopted last October. Sadly, he was not treated well by his adopter, and he developed a horrible skin allergy to whatever food he had been eating or whatever his environment had been. We have worked for two months to help him overcome the skin infection, and he has finally been cleared by the vet and is ready to continue looking for his new home. Because Bear has been subjected to neglect not just once in his life, but twice, we are determined his next home will be his last, and will be his forever placement. I want to say to the family who adopted him and then allowed him to decline to the state he was in, “Don’t even dare asking us for another dog!”  We love Bear so much! He has fabulous social skills with other dogs, and totally ignores the cats. His foster mom is so excited about integrating him into the household, full of felines! Apply to adopt, but only if you are prepared to give your heart and soul to this boy.
