Rock “Rocky” is one of the most loyal and well-rounded dogs in our care! His neuter has not changed his personality one iota, other than giving him opportunity to focus on being loved by the humans who care for him. He is a gentle, well-rounded boy who is housetrained, enjoys older children (he’s not been exposed to toddlers in his time at the shelter, but most likely would be fine with them). Such a sweet, gentle, easy-to-walk boy! The best thing about adopting a middle-age dog is that you know what you’re getting. He is not going to change personality, and will stay gentle and loving forever! Are you ready to take him home?

Dwayne Johnson better watch out because there is a new guy in town we are calling The Rock. Every time I walked by his kennel, he'd look at me and his eyes said, "Please take me out. I'm a good guy and won't pull you down even though I am very strong". This sweet boy loves everyone, he walks like a dream and he knows some tricks. He will sit, lay down and roll over for belly rubs on command. He’s such a smart boy too. He looks at you to see what you want him to do. We love this beautiful boy.
