Bella is a spunky little pistol who will need to get her energy out with walks several times a day. She loves to be involved with everything she sees. She has shown a preference to women  better than men, and we have videos showing that she hesitant around men initially. We would not recommend her for a family with young children, although it is possible she would be absolutely fine with occasional visitors, if her family is aware that she has trust issues with certain humans.  She is truly a sweet little lap dog.  She is high-maintenance as far as needing regular grooming and care. She does well with other dogs!  Bella is current with vet care, and recently was treated to a dental cleaning, so her pearly whites are sparklng and ready for a new family. We want her new family to know she needs lots of confidence-building through positive reinforcement, and encourage prospective adopters to look into behaviorists who employ those techniques prior to applying, as we will ask you what your plans are. Adoption fee for Bella is $275.
