Jasper is a friendly, happy guy who has found himself in need of a new home due to family changes and absolutely nothing of his own fault. He is good with kids, other dogs and is interested in cats enough to chase them so it may be possible if you have a dog savvy cat (but testing would be needed). He rides well in a car, is not food aggressive and walks fine on a leash. His owner calls him a perfect dog and is heartbroken circumstances have come up that he needs a new home.
