Beagle / Mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Baby : : Medium
Per her foster mom, Velma is happy and energetic. She was found as a stray along with two other puppies on their own. The pups are so well socialized! They have excellent skills with other dogs, cats, and play great with older kids as well. Velma had a brief scare with parvovirus, but responded quickly to treatment, and looks great! While she has typical bagel coloring, and loves to jump and climb her fence confinement inside, she is bulkier and has webbed feet so we’re not sure what her mix might be. All adoptions begin with an application, found under the "Animals" tab on our website, friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Please note that we do not promote dog adoptions to homes where an invisible fence is the fencing of choice, and unaltered adult pets six months or older will need to be sterilized before they can be adopted outside our local area of Campbell County or counties touching Campbell.
