Beagle (medium coat) : : Female : : Adult : : Medium
Bea arrived at the shelter as a shy stray. We have discovered her inner beauty by taking her to a quiet location and spending time with her one-on-one. She may feel better once she has had time to figure out the routine at the shelter, but is doing a great job of just hanging out and observing, like the quiet kid you knew from middle school who doesn't want to get into the mix of things, but prefers being a homebody. We think that if she is not reclaimed, Bea will be a good family dog for a quiet home. She is quite happy being carried around from place to place! Like a baby, she soaks up the attention given to her from the volunteers.
