Baxter appears to be a shepherd mix as he has many of the shepherd qualities, including mouthing and continual nudging to be petted. His coat is wiry, however, so you most likely would have none of the notorious German shepherd shedding qualities which can be a detriment if you are OCD about a clean house. Please come meet him, at the shelter.
