Licorice is seven months old and weighs 35 lbs. She will probably be close to 50 lbs. when full grown. Her breed mix is hard to guess. Lab and terrier with maybe a little Chesapeake Bay Retriever judging by the wavy hair down her back. Loves playing with other dogs and children but also loves to cuddle in the evening in front of TV. She is learning commands and how to walk on a leash. She is crate trained and housetrained but still gets into mischief like a puppy. She has a very happy personality and is fun to be around.

Successful adopters will live locally in Lynchburg City or Campbell County, or a county touching Campbell County. Alternatively, if you live outside our local area, have a vet reference whom we can contact to verify that your pets have all been spayed/neutered and current with heartworm testing and rabies vaccines, we would consider your application as a "foster to adopt" conditional adoption.
