Bear and Bobby are extra-large sized babies of four months who weigh about 30 to 35 pounds already. They are just two of the six puppies who were turned over to animal control by their family. These puppies are great about sharing their food bowls with one another and would be much happier to be in a home where they can be babies and housetrained, and have toys to play with. Please consider one of them for your next buddy! Bear is the bigger of these two, and Bobby, while a bit smaller, is the more sensitive of the pair. Either one would make a sweet companion, a bedfellow for snuggling or a sensitive listener for those hard days at work.These puppies have had their first vaccines and deworming. We socialize them, but also keep them healthy, safe and quarantined to the best of our ability at the pound. Out-of-the-area adopters will be disappointed to learn that puppy adoptions directly from the county facility are limited to citizens from counties touching Campbell County, Campbell County itself, or the City of Lynchburg. Other folks may adopt, but must go through Friends of Campbell County Animal Control.
