Thor lives up to his name . .. he is a fabulous male cat, with a great attitude. He recently filled in as the office administrator at the Campbell County Animal Control office, but was just too gruff to the follks who came in asking for assistance. He likes to do things his own way, and that is not always a bad thing, but those of you in public service know that often you have to schmooze and Thor just can't force himself to do it! He is about two years old--a super fun cat to have around! To adopt this cat, please contact the Campbell County Animal Control Facility at 434-821-4416, or email us at info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org. The policy for adoption requires that you live in Lynchburg City, Campbell County, or a county touching Campbell County, if the cat has not yet been sterilized. If you live outside this area, the cat must be spayed or neutered before you can take it home. Kittens who are too young to be sterilized may be adopted out through a local rescue, Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org.

Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
