Adele was picked up by our animal control after numerous complaints from a local business that she was a stray on their property. Sadly, sadly, she was nursing a litter of puppies that have remained undiscovered. My heart aches for this lovely young mother and her family ... she is still in shock over being "rescued," and is only slowly coming around to making friends. Adele appears to be about a year old, and weighs about 30 pounds. She could sure use some love right now.
