About Kori

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: White
  • Housetrained: Yes
A few weeks ago this Odd Eyed Turkish Angora beauty, whom we named Kori, came in to the pound; she was grieving for the kittens she lost after being caught in a cat trap. We placed a tiny black fuzz ball named Fuzz in the cage with her to make her feel better. Because both of them were suffering from a bad URI, a wonder-woman came to their rescue and offered to provide a foster home for them. While they are safe with her in her loving care, both need a loving forever home. For Kori, her forever home is one where she'll be spayed and never have to feel the sorrow of losing a litter. For Fuzz, it's a home with plenty of food where he won't wind up skin and bones wandering blindly through the woods. It is my firm belief that these are easy goals for these long-furred felines, who would love to go together, as the bond they have is like that between any mother and her only son. UPDATE from the foster mom 12/22/13: Kori is a very sweet Turkish Angora with one blue eye and one yellow eye. She gets along great with other cats and loves human attention especially belly rubs. She is one year old and as laid back as a cat can be. She even lets Fuzz, an orphaned kitten, snuggle up to her. She has been dewormed and on her 2nd set of vaccinations. UPDATE: As of 1/27/2014 Kori has been spayed, updated on rabies and microchipped. Her foster mom tells us that she is such a loving cat that wants to shower you with her affections. Check out our FOAC CATS Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/FOACCATS This cat is in a foster home and is already spayed/neutered. To adopt, please email us at info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
