Beagle (short coat) : : Male : : Adult : : Medium
BOBBY is a sweet little 2 year old beagle brought in as a stray. He was coughing his head off, and we weren't sure if he was sick or just seized with allergic reaction to the pollen that hit the area. Because he is now fine, we assume allergies. Loves kids!! He got a bath by two volunteers who absolutely fell in love with him and Bobby felt like a million bucks afterwards. He would sure love to go home but if not reclaimed, he will be available for adoption.
Dogs and puppies at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility who are not spayed/neutered may be adopted directly only to residents of Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or counties touching Campbell County. If you live outside this area, arrangements will need to be made through FOAC to spay/neuter the pet prior to placement in a new home. Puppies may be too young for the required spay/neuter; special arrangements may sometimes be made for adoptions outside the area in these cases.
For information on adopting this animal who is in care at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility, please call there: 434.821-4416. Hours are from 12 to 5 on weekdays and 11 to 4 on Saturday. Email us at info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
