About Reilly

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: Brindle
  • Housetrained: Yes
Reilly, a seven month old mix of Boxer/JRT/Boston Terrier, really showed off for the crowd on Saturday at an adoption event! Reilly is housetrained, crate trained, kid proven, and fine with the family cat at her foster home. She will be spayed in the next week and is ready for adoption at any point. She is about 30 to 35 pounds of energetic loving, who currently lives with an adult male boxer. UPDATE from Foster Mom: As her foster mom, I can attest to her description. She is amazing with our two year old son and great with dogs, cats, and even cows! Stays in yard and even comes when called when taken for country walks off leash! She's a great dog who would love a new forever family for the holidays! The policy for adopting an unsterilized pet requires that you live in Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or a county touching Campbell County. If you are a resident of one of these areas, you may adopt directly from the facility and spay/neuter the pet yourself within 30 days, or by the time the pet is six months of age. If you live outside this area, the pet must be spayed or neutered before you can take it home. Kittens or puppies too young for spay/neuter may be adopted through Friends of Campbell County Animal Control. We will be happy to help you make arrangements to do this. This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review. You can find this on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Specific questions are most easily answered by email, info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org, or by TEXTING one of our volunteers at her personal cell phone, 434.851-2598.
