About Baby

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: Calico or Dilute Calico
  • Housetrained: Yes
Baby was turned in to the shelter and she terrified and blind though she may recover her sight. A vet appointment is scheduled for Monday, 9/22. She is about 3-4 months old and is a shorthaired calico. She is a precious, special needs kitten who could really use a permanent loving home right now. Please come to the shelter to meet her! A very crowded cat room is not a good place for this little girl. She is and blind, but she may recover her sight (she is being treated for her eye condition). She told me to just call her Baby. Like a baby she curls in to you, knowing she is safe and sound in your arms. She is special needs, about 3-4 months old and a beautiful shorthaired calico. To adopt this cat, please contact the Campbell County Animal Control Facility at 434-821-4416, or email us at info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Applications are required to adopt. Go to www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org The policy for adoption requires that you live in Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or a county touching Campbell County, if the cat has not yet been sterilized. If you are a resident of one of these areas, you may adopt directly from the facility and spay/neuter the pet yourself within 30 days, or by the time the pet is six months of age. If you live outside this area, the cat must be spayed or neutered before you can take it home. Kittens too young for spay/neuter may be adopted through Friends of Campbell County Animal Control. We will be happy to help you make arrangements to do this.
