"Happy" Moses was so miserable when he arrived at the shelter several months ago, we thought he must be an aged beagle who had given up on life. We are thrilled to announce that HAPPY is NOT old, and now that he is no longer feeling bad from inflamed skin or heartworms, he is the happiest boy around! He finds great joy in playing with his canine foster siblings, and being part of their pack. His foster mom is wonderful, but he has chosen foster dad as his special person, and his tail doesn't stop wagging when he follows David around! Want to add a HAPPY boy to your home? He is fine with kids, cats, and other dogs.
