This is Butters, and although he was a stray, he officially became Campbell County’s today. Butters is responding well to antibiotics and meds for hisyeasty skin. It’s been that way for quite a while and may never totally become covered with a gorgeous yellow coat again, but he sure feels much better! He may need treatment for at least a month, and we are happy to continue helping him as he hits the road to recovery. We would love to find him a home. He is super with other dogs, and loves children and every adult he has met. Best guess is that he is probably about 5 to 6 years old, based on the amount of wear on his teeth. He can come with his own supply of tennis balls if that’s what you need! We love him.
