Our sweet little Bluey is making herself right at home in a foster home after being a rescue for only two days. We are told her owner brought her to the shelter because she and the female Chihuahua in the home did not get along, and she showed too much herding  behavior toward the Chihuahua puppy. We who understand the breed know how driven they are to make things right. We do not feel after assessing her behavior with other dogs that she was in anyway being mean to the puppy, but was most likely correcting and doing what comes naturally. Bluey is well socialized, and loves going for walks with her foster mom where she does appropriate meets and greets every time she runs into some new dog. What an awesome girl.
