Cole is one of the most laid-back easy-going dogs we have in our care. We weren’t sure what kind of personality he would have when he first came to us, because hounds are all over the place when it comes to feelings. After he had been there a couple days, we realized he wasn’t feeling the best and we started him on medication for tickborne disease— we are seeing such a difference in just three days of medication! We haven’t had him tested yet, does that will happen on Thursday, but we are fairly sure he has been exposed to something in his past. He will be neutered on Thursday, and is available for adoption! He loves other dogs, it’s excited when he sees volunteers come, and loves his canned food with medication! He appears to be house trained, and is one of the happiest, easiest boys we have.
