New dogs in residence at the shelter include little Max, who says, “It’s too cold to be at the Campbell County Shelter!”  Max is a five-year-old Yorkie with a beautiful personality, but rather desperately in need of some dental work. We were told he is not housetrained. We are very fortunate that a foster family has stepped up to take Max in to give him a warm place to spend the night, and hold onto him while we find out why his house training has not progressed.
