ADIRA, whose name means "strength," needs all the love and tenderness and prayers you can send her right now. She was found three to five days after suffering injuries from being dragged behind a vehicle. While we don't want to consider that this could have been cruelty at its worst, and hope it was a horrible accident, it is still awful no matter what the circumstances. It makes us ill thinking of the pain and agony Adira has suffered, too. Thanks to the generosity of the community and our local vet hospitals, ADIRA is receiving attention and care, and it is hoped that she will heal with time and that her wounds will be only a bad memory that can be overcome. Life can be cruel, but with her outgoing personality, we think she will forget it all and be loving once again. Want to help her make that transition?
